If the address of a person who is to be served with a judicial or extrajudicial document is unknown, the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket) will assist by providing the addresses of natural persons, and the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) by providing company addresses. There is no particular formal procedure for obtaining access to this information.

Information can be requested from the Swedish Tax Agency by ringing the Agency on +46 771-567567 or by clicking on the following link : Ask a question or give a reply | Skatteverket. The link takes you to an online form through which you can submit an address enquiry. You can also send queries by post to the following address: Skatteverket, 205 30 Malmö, Sweden. If sending a query by post, you can use form B.

You can request information from the Swedish Companies Registration Office by ringing the Office on +46 771 670 670 or by emailing your query to bolagsverket@bolagsverket.se.
