You can submit your claim electronically by using the secure message service https://turvaviesti.valtiokonttori.fi/ or by post to: Valtiokonttori, PL 550, 00054 Valtiokonttori
You can also apply for compensation through our online customer service. We use the Suomi.fi web service, which is a common identification service for public authorities. You can use your Finnish bank codes, mobile certificate or certificate card for identification.
