    1. Doorstep selling at the owner’s residence with a view to offering him the opportunity to lease out part of his property for a mobile phone mast to be installed constitutes doorstep selling with a view to renting out a good as per article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Protection Act (Code de la consommation, CC).
    2. The fact that the professional door-to-door salesman has not offered the consumer any product or service is of limited significance since he went to the consumer’s residence in order to conclude a leasing contract based on a good that belonged to him.
