Applications must be made in Czech.

Applications may be made using the form that can be found on Link opens in new windowthe website of the Czech Ministry of Justice. However, use of the form is not compulsory and the application procedure can be started on the basis of any submission which clearly seeks the grant of monetary assistance for a victim of crime.
