  • is incorporated within the Foundation for Social Welfare Services of the Ministry of Family and Social Solidarity
  • offers constant social work intervention, psychological counselling, help, support and advice to victims in general, but especially to vulnerable groups like children and victims of domestic violence
  • provides services free of charge which do not depend on the prosecution and conviction of the offender

  • offers information about Malta‚Äôs criminal justice system and criminal proceedings
  • provides services free of charge which are available irrespective of whether or not the crime has been reported and regardless of when it happened
