The Ministry of Justice manages the criminal records, the register of final court rulings and decisions on misdemeanours and the common register of penalty points in road transport (Article 250a of the Enforcement of Criminal Sanctions Act (Zakon o izvrševanju kazenskih sankcij, ZIKS).
