This article gives detailed information about case law of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic relating to the Directive 2009/22/EC. The article shows differences in decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic in cases of protection of consumer and summarises the whole issue of legal actions by the Directive 2009/22/EC in Czech case law.
