This article focuses on the implementation of the Directive 2009/22/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2009 on injunctions for the protection of consumers' interests (OJ L 110, 1.5.2009) and the legal concept of "collective interests of the consumers" from the administrative law perspective.
