The article analyses the general regime of the principle of conformity, exposing the requirements for goods to be deemed in conformity with the contract.
It also sets out the regime of the legal and commercial guarantee, analysing how these rules must be read together with the civil code and its relevant provisions (applicable to civil contracts).
