The article discusses a lower case in which it was ruled that even flexible prices, especially common in the travel industry, must comply with the principle of transparency. The author discuss the problem that the many different price offers might create a lack of transparency as regards the applicable prices. The authors pleads for a reform to deal with the internet and low-cost travel agencies.
