Package Travel Directive, Article 4, 6.

This article is about the issues relating to the cancellation of individual tourism trips at an inclusive price by the organiser and the legal consequences that occur in the outcome of the cancellation. The study aims to clarify the legal nature of the cancellation in light of the particularities of the package travel contracts pursuant to the meaning of Directive 90/314/EEC.
