Fogyasztóvédelmi szabályok a Ptk.-ban.

 

This article’s chief purpose is to provide a review of the consumer protection clauses enshrined/embodied in the new civil code, five years after its creation. As a historical overview, the article deals with the consumer protection situation before the new civil code, and includes multiple different viewpoints and approaches. It also focuses in part, on the influence of EU law on domestic consumer protection legislation and theory.
