In this volume, Lisa Jost and Thomas Ratka have edited and published various articles on consumer law and Europeanisation. In the six articles, the Consumer Rights Directive receives special attention. The first article deals with its origins and its implementation in Great Britain, Germany and Austria. Later, the development of the European consumer protection norms is dealt with, as well as individual problems, such as distance selling, off-site contracts and the nullity consequences. The General Business Terms jurisprudence is also examined in detail.
