The article provides a review of the Package Travel Act. The author looks at the changes to be expected and focuses, in particular, on the provisions of the Directive (EU) 2015/2302. In her opinion, problems of delimitation are to be expected in the extended scope of application. She considers it is advisable to counter the legal uncertainty as to how the law will develop with preventive legal advice.
