Nederlandse Wet op de reisovereenkomst: (on)werkbaarheid in de praktijk.

The Dutch legislator has copy-pasted the (Dutch text of the) new Directive on package travel and linked travel arrangements, and as such has also copy-pasted shortcomings of that text into Dutch law. The definitions in the Directive are difficult to read and the demarcation between a package holiday and a linked travel arrangement is sometimes confusing. The authors also wonder whether the far-reaching information obligations don't overshoot their target and criticise the provisions on conformity.
