Consumer protection in the Republic of Croatia is carried out not only on the basis of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act but also other regulations such as the Civil Obligations Act, the General Product Safety Act, and others, as well as the activities of various state bodies, inspectorates, and consumer protection associations. Protection by informing and advising consumers on their rights and obligations. All of which is discussed in this article.
