Analiza jurisprudenței recente a Curții de Justiție a Uniunii Europene în materia dreptului consumatorilor de servicii bancare.

The present analysis seeks to underline some essential coordinates, as they have been set out by the Court of Justice of the European Union when seized with recent causes regarding contractual relations between consumers and credit institutions. The motives causing disturbance to duly performance of contracts, as they follow from the facts, are sometimes based upon the financial institution's conduct, either when concluding the agreement or as it is performed, sometimes upon details regarding the internal procedure of each member state, which could render the consumer's efforts to defend themselves inefficient, sometimes upon aspects deriving from the credit currency or, simply upon the way a state chooses to state its legal view on the commercial conduct.
