Package Travel Directive, link

Package travel as a special contract was regulated in the Obligations Act. This regulation was in line with the old Package Travel Directive. This article explains that the new Package Travel Directive 2015/2303 has not been implemented into the Obligation Act. It was decided that this transposition is made in another act – Act on providing services in tourism. There are some benefits since the structure of the content of contracts in the Obligation Act is not the same as the content of the contract that should be regulated according to new Package Travel Directive.
