The authors present the Supreme Court’s judgement regarding consumer law, more specifically regarding the obligation to inform of banks by emphasising the important parts of the judgement. The article was issued in a legal magazine so the awareness of the Supreme Court’s decision would be widely spread. The article explains the meaning and sense of obligation to inform. In addition, the article explains the position of the consumer. As the consumer has less knowledge and information and has no say regarding the conditions of the other party, the obligation to inform of banks is incredibly important as it ensures the banks do not hide information that could influence the consumer and which could result in them changing their mind.
