Consumer Sales and Guarantees Directive, Article 1

The author explains novelties that the Croatian legislator must transpose in national legislation while implementing Directive 2019/771/EU. Those novelties will change norms that were previously created in order to implement Directive 1999/44/EC. He focuses on the term lack of conformity and hierarchy of remedies.
