This article discusses the UCP Directive and its implementation in Hungary, with special regard to the following aspects:

(1) way of implementation (in the Competition Act, the Consumer Protection Act, or in a separate law),

(2) definition of consumers as natural persons,

(3) enforcement of the Directive and sanctions.
