Unfair Commercial Practices Directive, Annex I Unfair Commercial Practices Directive, Annex I

The "blacklist" of unfair commerce practices deriving from Directive 2005/29/EC and the relevant provisions of the Greek law introduce per se new prohibitions of unfair competition practices. The present study investigates the systematic position of the "blacklist" and its effect on the law of unfair competition. In addition it examines the legal nature of this black list and its actual implementation as well as issues of interpretation and analog implementation in other legal matters.
