    The article analyses the scope of the Estonian law provisions which correspond to the inertia selling provision laid down in Directive 2011/83/EU. The article also explains the terms “unsolicited” and “service” which have been used in the Estonian law provision which transposes Article 27 of Directive 2011/83/EU on inertia selling. The author of the article also explains that should all the prerequisites of inertia selling be fulfilled, the seller will not have any contractual or non-contractual claims against a consumer who has been provided the unsolicited good, other content or service.
