  • Headnote
The New Civil Code significantly changed the existing understanding of contracting using the Internet. In particular, the changing concepts of offer and acceptance, which brings practical issues related to, for example, the time of conclusion of the contract. Simultaneously, the Civil Code implemented Directive 2011/83 / EU dated 25 October 2011, on consumer rights, containing broad information obligations on the part of entrepreneurs, which must be communicated to the consumer when concluding the contract. In this paper, the author focuses on practical issues that the new legislation in this area has brought.
