This book includes an article by article analysis of the Consumer Protection Law 2251/1994. Among others it contains a specific analysis to the provisions of the law that adapted the provisions of the Directive 2011/83 to the greek legislation. As such there is a specific analysis regarding the off premises contracts and their legal obligations: analysis of the legal nature of those contracts, of the conditions for applying the specific legal provisions (articles 3 - 3m of the law 2251/1994), the scope of articles 3 - 3m of the law 2251/1994, the pre-contractual information, the right of withdrawal etc. The same analysis is made also with regards to distance contracts too. Finally, it includes a reference to the new provisions set for all other types of sale contracts (articles 4 to 4h of the law 2251/1994).
