This article is about the new regulations regarding contracts concluded outside of business premises. A major point are the new information and direction requirements. It is pointed out by the author that either the FAGG (the Austrian Distance Selling Act) or the KSchG (Consumer Protection Act) may be applicable to the contracts mentioned above.
