    The implementation of the Consumer Rights Directive is explained by the author in two articles. This is the first article, which concerns the changes of the General Civil Laws Act and the Consumer Protection Act. The second article will focus on the new Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act.

    The presentation of the new regulations is limited to their essential content and basic questions. Nevertheless, the author connects the articles of the Directive in a broad context with the national laws.
