Consumer Rights Directive, Chapter 3, Article 16, (f)

This article explains the background and reasons of Art 16 (f) Directive 2011/83 (implemented into Austrian law by § 18 Sec 1 Cif 6 FAGG). At the same time, the author shows that a restrictive interpretation of this rule will lead to a massive conflict of values.
