    The article analizes the main features of the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD), the provisions harmonized by this directive and the provisions of the Lithuanian law should be revised in order to implement the CRD in the Lithuanian law, it discusses the current consumer protection regulation in Lithuania and possible directions and ways of the implementation of EC consumer acquis communautaire in Lithuanian law. The article sugests the systematic structure of the legal norms of the consumer protection (including implementation of the CRD in Lithuanian law)
