The article comprises a synthesis of several judgments with respect to the abusive clauses issued by several courts in Romania. The importance of this article arises from the fact that the decisions are divided into two categories: (i) cases when the courts have admitted the plaintiff's claims and declared the clauses as being abusive and (ii) cases when the courts rejected the plaintiff's claims. The article also contains the legal reasoning of the courts.
