With the judgement of the European Court of Justice dated 14 March 2013 the court gave an interpretation of the terms "good faith" and "significant imbalance" as components of the unfair nature of the clauses in B2C contracts and reflects on the implications of such interpretations in terms of harmonization among local legislation.
