This article refers to a previous article of Ingo von Münch, who raised the issue that travellers often assert reduction claims due to minor deficiencies after having returned from their travels. Mostly, these travellers have legal expense insurances which makes it easy for them to file a law suit and thus, to affect courts. The author gives an overview about the instruments of German travel law and explains, how this problem of travellers filing law suits due to minor deficiencies can be solved. Also, the author refers to several example cases regarding this subject.
