Timeshare Directive, link

This article provides a detailed overview of the Belgian Act of 28 August 2011, implementing the Directive 2008/122/EC. The author remarks that the Act has very closely transposed the Directive's provisions into Belgian law, and discusses its general application. The article also discusses the effect the Directive (and Act) has had on the number of complaints in relation to timesharing services, and comes to the conclusion that despite the legislator's best intentions, this number has not decreased.
