This article discusses a case before a Belgian court where a travel retailer forgot to mention the name of the travel organizer on the travel purchase order. As a result of this the court considered that the travel retailer should be considered the travel organizer, with all obligations incumbent on such organizer. The author discusses the basis on which this decision was made in detail.
