This article examines the legislation on timeshare and connected contracts (long-term holiday product contract, exchange contract and resale contract) with reference to Directive 2008/122 and the Italian implementation through art. 2 of the Legislative Decree No. 79/2011 that amended articles 69 - 81 bis of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No.206/2005). The article focuses in particular on the contract's information content and its requirements.
