The authors provide a comprehensive overview of the changes brought to the Belgian consumer law landscape by Directive 2011/83 by comparing the updated provisions with their corresponding old versions under Directive 85/577, particularly in the field of off-premises contracts, combined offers and public sales and also identify and discuss newly introduced provisions.
