Unfair Contract Terms Directive, Article 6, 1.

This article analyzes the latest jurisprudence of the court to understand whether with its action the court was able to help defining the sanctions applicable to unfair terms in consideration of the gap left by Article 6.1 of Directive no. 93/13, which were supposed to be filled by national systems with the risk to compromise the objective of harmonization pursued.
