Even though many aspects regarding tenancy law, such as residential lease or the purchase of property, are explicitly excluded from the scope of the Consumer Rights Directive, there are still other issues that underlie the regime of the Consumer Rights Directive, such as the rent of business premises of a starting entrepreneur.
