Unfair Commercial Practices Directive, Chapter 2, Article 5, 2.

This article discusses the terms used in the Prevention of Unfair Commercial Practices Act, in relation to the Counteracting Unfair Competition Act. The author in particular considers the issue of borrowing the term "good practice" from the Counteracting Unfair Competition Act for defining an unfair commercial practice. He analyses the possible ways to interpret this term, as well as the problems that may potentially arise. He then considers the relation between the term "good practice" and "professional diligence".
