The author compares the regulation of Member States with regards to collective law suits. The author briefly presents the provisions of the Directive 2009/22/EC and concludes that its implementation in national legislations is the only harmonisation in the field of collective law suits, but notices that many Member States do not go beyond the requirements of the Directive, including Slovenia. Continuing, the author presents further developments regarding the implementation of other collective protection measures at the EU level.
