Headnote
This monograph covers the so-called collaborative tourism and its regulation. In particular, shows how this tourism model has been facilitated by its commercialization through the p2p environments and the previous legislative gap in this area. It also shows that tourist accommodations have, in recent years, acquired such importance that national authorities have deemed necessary the regulation of this activities in order to put a curb on aspects as problematic as the underground economy and its injurious effects.
