This monograph analyses the concurrence of different legal types in the timeshare regime, their respective fields of application and the claims of exclusivity and imperativity of types of rights of use. To a large extent, this work is dedicated to showing legal instruments to avoid the regulatory tangle that complicates the Spanish timeshare model.
