The brochure is intended for traders and presents the main requirements of Directive 2015/2302 and the Tourism Act as regards linked travel arrangements. The essence and specifics of linked travel arrangements are clarified, and practical examples are presented, as well as the difference between them and tourist packages. The requirements for precontractual information and the consequences of its non-provision are presented, as well as the requirements for concluding professional liability insurance for traders, facilitating the provision of linked travel arrangements.

As Directive 2015/2302 was introduced in Bulgaria in 2018, and until now the legislation did not contain special regulations for linked travel arrangements. The brochure is an important source of information available to traders.
