The National Telecommunications and Post Commission adopted the Regulation on the implementation of the provisions of Articles 1 to 6 of Regulation (EU) 2018/644 on cross-border parcel delivery services, taking into account the common Ministerial Decision no. Z1-891/13.8.2013 (Government Gazette vol. B’ 2144/2013) on ‘Adapting Greek legislation to the Directive 2011/83/EU, concerning consumer rights, the amendment of Directive 93/13/EEC and the Directive 1999/44/EC and the Repeal of Directives 85/577/EEC and 97/7/EC.
