Περίληψη

YA 188//2019: Λήψη συμπληρωματικών μέτρων για την εφαρμογή του Κανονισμού 2018/302 για την αντιμετώπιση του αδικαιολόγητου γεωγραφικού αποκλεισμού και άλλων μορφών διακριτικής μεταχείρισης με βάση την ιθαγένεια, τον τόπο διαμονής ή τον τόπο εγκατάστασης των πελατών εντός της εσωτερικής αγοράς και για την τροποποίηση των κανονισμών (ΕΚ) αριθμ. 2006/2004 και (ΕΕ) 2017/2394 και της οδηγίας 2009/22/ΕΚ.

Ministers of Economy and Development, Justice, Transparency and Human Rights and the Minister of Finance issued this Ministerial Decree adopting additional measures on the implementation of Regulation no. 2018/302 on addressing unjustified geo-blocking and other forms of discrimination based on customers' nationality, place of residence or place of establishment within the internal market and amending Regulations (EC) No 2006/2004 and (EU) 2017/2394 and Directive 2009/22/EC. This Decree was adopted taking into account Regulation (EU) 2018/302.
