Based on the decision, the customer is not sure about the shape of the legal relationship between him and the entrepreneur, despite the information provided to him before the conclusion of the contract and during it. The consumer does not know whether the List of Channels, which he followed when concluding the contract, will remain the same nor whether he will be able to watch the channels included in it throughout the duration of the contract.
