This leaflet provides consumers with up-to-date information as to how to lodge a complaint should their rights be breached when entering into a contract with traders. It outlines how the consumer should first try and reach an amicable solution with the trader. However, if this fails, the consumer has the option of filing a complaint before the Consumer Claims Tribunal or filing a lawsuit before the Maltese courts.
