These guidelines give an in-depth overview of the existing rules concerning price indication and how they should be applied in an offline and online context in hotels, restaurants, bars and pubs. It specifies which practices are in conformity with the legislation and which practices will be considered an infringement of the rules by the civil servants of the Economic inspection.
