Package Travel Directive, link

The brochure informs on what may be considered as package travel. It further states that educational excursions may constitute such travel, thus the P.D. 339/1996 which regulates the relation between touristic agencies and their clients – consumers may apply. Therefore, the conclusion of a contract constitutes an important prerequisite in order for the excursion to take place.
