    The aim of this guide is to help exclude the use of any unfair or misleading trade practices in the advertisements of the telecommunications' sector. The guide mainly focuses on explaining when it is allowed to use the terms "free of charge" and "unlimited" in advertisements, lists the requirements for comparative advertising and for using the result of a survey in advertisements. Additionally, requirements for advertisements addressed to children, requirements for financial services' advertisements and examples of different advertising texts are offered. The guide is an advisory document and upon application of the guide legislation in force must be taken into account.
